Payment – High Schools

High school subscriptions for after the 120 day free trial is over.

Quest Learning & Assessment is maintained as an at-cost outreach to high schools looking for univeristy-level content for pre-AP, Honors, AP, and IB courses. The annual subscription for high schools is as follows and covers the whole school for 12 months, i.e. no additional charges for access to multiple subject areas, more instructors, more classes, or more students.

  • Texas-based high schools: $150/year
  • High school outside of Texas: $300/year

The Quest Subscription site allows you to renew your institution's subscription using a credit card, purchase order, or check. You must first complete the order online or your subscription will not be updated.

Invoices will be automatically generated at the end of the process, and emailed to the address in the order (click the link in the email). Please keep these for your records or forward them to your billing office. It can take up to 24 hours for payments to be reflected on your Quest profile page.

When ordering a subscription for your institution, you will need: your institution code (from "My Profile", or the subscription expiration message, in Quest); it is imperative to use the correct institution code from your Quest profile, or your Quest account will not be updated with the order. You will also need a PO or check # (if applicable), and your tax exempt information. The tax exempt feature becomes available when you click "payment options" during checkout.

Payment is due within 90 days of the order, so if paying by purchase order be sure to follow up with your accounting department after submitting the order online so that they can send an actual check.

When you have a purchase order number from your accounting department, go to the Quest subscription site and choose PO for payment type and include the PO #. Should the PO # not be available to you at the time of your order, you can enter "n/a" in the Purchase Order prompt when you place the order (keep in mind, this will be recorded on the invoice).

Once you have placed your subscription order online, you will be emailed your invoice. Forward that invoice to your accounts payable office, so they may remit payment. When they send us the check, they must include the Quest subscription order number (found in the email) or a copy of the invoice. Without this information, we cannot update the Quest account with the payment.

Go to the Quest subscription site and include your check # and tax exempt information. When sending Quest your check, include the Quest order number and institution code on your stub (or print out a copy of your order and submit it with your payment).

Go to the Quest subscription site and select to pay by credit card at check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
